Guarantee

Our products are guaranteed to be compatible with the printer it was intended for.  Products are thoroughly tested to ensure the highest quality possible.

Return Policy

You have 45 days from purchase to return any product in "new condition" for any reason.  In other words, bottles and any sealed packages can not be opened.  For example, if you have 4 bottles of toner and you use one and realize that refilling is not for you, you can return the other 3 unopened bottles for a refund.  Again, they must be in "new condition" and within the 45 days from purchase.  Returns may be subject to a 20% surcharge to recoup the cost of processing the order.  Also, an AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED ON  ALL RETURNS.  Returns that do not have an authorization are not eligible for a refund.  Please contact us prior to sending in your return for complete instructions.  All return shipping costs are your responsibility.  We suggest you insure your package since you are responsible for the safe return of the order.  We prefer that you ship returns by UPS or USPS.
